It is essential that you choose the move-in/move out package when you book for a move-in/Move out cleaning. Not meeting the requirements specified could result in your booking not being confirmed. Therefore, to ensure a successful move out or move in, it is essential to comply with the necessary stipulations. We are not liable for any incomplete moves that occur due to this. For larger homes (greater than 2 bed 2 baths), deep cleaning is mandatory. This is because our staff members need sufficient time to clean and sanitize the entire space thoroughly. Expecting them to be done in a shorter period of time would be unfair and not permissible. Deep cleaning ensures that all areas are taken care of properly.

How to determine if your home is “Slightly Dirty, Pretty Dirty or Very Dirty.”

If it has been over a year since the last professional cleaning for your home, choose “Very Dirty”. Select “Pretty Dirty” if it has been under 6 months since the last cleaning and select “Slightly Dirty” if you had a professional cleaner in your house within the past 3 months.“

Deep cleaning is a thorough and intensive cleaning that goes beyond the ordinary surface-level clean. It involves using specialized equipment and products to remove dirt, grime, dust, allergens, and other contaminants from every corner of a space. In other words deep cleaning includes the following tasks;

  • Everything included in a regular clean +
  • Baseboards
  • Light switches & Door handles
  • Detailed Dusting
  • Back Splashes and Faucet Fixtures are polished
  • Light organization of all rooms (for detailed organization select add on)
  • Extra hour included for high detail areas

Please Note:

All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

If you choose our Move Out or Move In clean package, the service you receive will be comprehensive. We recommend adding atleast 4 extra services in the package offer.

These extras include: Inside oven, inside fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners.

A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by Lady Greener cleaning services. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday – Friday: 8am-9pm
Saturday: 9am-6pm
Sunday: 9am-6pm

Yes, We work on weekends.

Taxes can be calculated after our services during payment

No, Unless it’s within the 48 hour window. Within this two day window if you decide to cancel, the clean will be credited to your account at no penalty for future use.

We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.

The day you chose when booking on our website is the date for your cleaning.

Yes, upon request. Please understand that cleaners have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. If that occurs we’ll ask to either reschedule, or send a different cleaner.

You do not! However if it’s your first time signing up for a lady greener cleaning, initial introductions always help develop the personable relationship with your home specialist.

Yes sure, All our cleaners are wide background checked. We vet the best, and get rid of the rest.

In some instances “Harsh” chemicals are strictly used on tough to clean areas. For example, a glass shower door with calcium buildup will require CLR to clean.

Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.

Yes it is. However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Home Specialist.

This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please  contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.

We do not! This is a strict policy as we’re adamant to provide an awesome experience for the customer, but equally providing the safest working conditions for our cleaners.

Our cleaners always strive to complete all cleaning tasks within the time frame you have paid for. If, for any reason, they finish earlier than expected contact our offices immediately.

If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, please contact us right away for instructions. The new clean must be done within a two-day business period from the original appointment.

No, are rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. We provide some of the lowest rates in the industry.

It’s important to pick the right level of cleanliness when you make an online booking, as that determines the amount of time our professional cleaners will take to clean your home. If you provide incorrect information, it might lead to a rescheduling of your appointment and you’ll have to pay the full fee again.

With our simplified industry standard for booking cleaning services, you don’t have to worry about a home walk through or square footage calculations. We only require you to select 1 of the 3 options so that we can make sure your home is cleaned in the allotted time.
